[Nov 18, 10am] Online Parol Weaving Workshop

Learn how to weave on a round loom to create your very own parol using modern weaving techniques! The workshop fee comes with the kit good for 2-3 pax and complete with materials that you'll need to make woven parols in 3 sizes, 3" & 6" & 10"!

Lessons include weaving techniques using a variety of Christmas colors and yarn textures plus a little Q&A before we end on how to translate your fun ideas for your next projects. 

About the Instructor: Judith Basco is a fiber artist and a peasant advocate based in Pasig, Metro Manila. She started @theartofyarn on Instagram in 2018 and has taught kids and adults the art of weaving since 2019. Aside from weaving, she also practices Latch & Locker Hooking, Crochet, Macrame, and other fun fiber crafts to create her pieces. A big part of what she does is to help beginners learn the fundamentals of weaving to help bring appreciation and recognition to this cultural craft. You can check out her work here.

Cancellations: All sales are final, but can be transferred or rescheduled in case you can no longer attend the in-person class. However, we require at least a written notice 48 hours before the date to allow us to adjust accordingly.
