Banig is a handwoven mat normally used for sleeping or sitting on. The banig is made from dried leaves that are sometimes dyed before cutting into strips and woven into a mat.
This short tutorial introduces the traditional Banig Weaving method, translated to paper weaving that makes learning the process easier for everyone!
