Learn the first steps of weaving through Paper Weaving. This guide help little weavers understand the basic steps of weaving through paper strips to make their very first woven paper mats. There are 2 options for this guide, but both are great for 6 years old and up!
Level 1 is the basic paper mat tutorial with additional printable guides for more challenges! Feel free to use scratch papers or magazines as well to spark creativity.
Level 2 will teach them how to follow a pattern. This guide contains the Araw/Sun pattern, which is a common motif in Philippine textile.
