HOW TO BOOK A CLASS

3. Sign and submit this form.
4. Once reservation* fee is settled, I'll be in touch through IG!

*The reservation fee is non-refundable, however, your pass can be used for another schedule or can be transferred to someone else. This ensures that cancellation of slots will not happen as I prepare materials beforehand.
