[Aug 11 & 18] Two-day Knitting Workshop for Beginners with Knit Manila

Class schedule: Aug 11 & 18, 9am-12nn (two-day class)

Learn the slow craft of knitting in this 2-day beginners class, hosted by Aggie of Knit Manila. This class is designed for absolute beginners with no prior knitting knowledge and experience. By completing the 2 sessions, you will be able to finish a knitted hat!

You will learn the right tools to use for knitting with a curated kit & handouts that are yours to keep! Each session lasts for 3 hours wherein you will be guided on the basic skills necessary for any knitted project: how to cast-on, the knit stitch, the purl stitch, the basic bind-off, joining new yarn, and troubleshooting. 

How does a 2-day class work? Learning a new skill requires time, and so does a special handwork like knitting. Attendance for the 2 days is required by the instructor to help you learn the techniques and be able to knit confidently on your own. By signing up here, you agree to attend both dates or your registration will be forfeited.

Skill level: Absolute beginners, no skills required. The instructor will guide you through the whole process necessary for you to be able to knit on your own.

Can kids join the workshop? Strictly for adult beginners only.

Studio location: We are on the 2nd floor of First Capitol Place, units 203 & 204, in Kapitolyo Pasig. Parking spot is first come, first served but you can always park along the street (at your own risk!).
